Printing images on inflatable objects, constructions, and  designs and rolled fabrics

Sublimation printing is not the best-known printing technology. It is a special type of printing that enables matching the Paper onto the Polyester Fabric by sublimating dyes on it; fabric t-shirts usually get their print in this way, but this technology isn't restricted by clothes.

Dye Sublimation Printing on Fabric enables to receive prints of photographic quality, whereas the quality of the usual printing on clothes considerably lags behind. The sublimation printing can be used for embedding logos, photos, and other images on the surface of the inflatable.

Due to sublimation digital printing is more effective, than by using other methods. The dye is deeply sublimated into the open pores of the polymeric synthetic material. But not every fabric is suitable for sublimation printing – therefore before placing the order, ensure your textile is compatible with this technology.

Interested? Contact us – we provide professional sublimation printing in Kiev, using state-of-the-art equipment for digital printing on rolled fabric up to 1600 mm wide.

Sublimation printing technology in Ukraine

Dye sublimation printing relatively new for our country therefore, very few people know what this technology stands for, and its main features. This concept is originated from the term "sublimation" (transition of substance from a firm state directly to a gaseous state) and means the dye is sublimated into synthetic material, fed through heated rollers that combine heat – about 375°F or 210°C, and as it cools again, traps the sublimated dye within the cells of the fabric. The apparent benefit of this technology is connected to its eco-friendliness! This technic is commonly applied for different types of clothes: t-shirts, scarfs and other clothing items.

Sublimation printing on t-shirts is able to create brighter and smoother color variations and transitions in comparison with other printing technologies. And another advantage lies in its print as printed dyes won’t easily fade. It can revolutionize the inflatable logos, images and photos design.

Sublimation printing on our products

Due to sublimation printing turns out to be much more effective.  Dye impregnates or is sublimated in the fabric, it is permanent and cannot flake off. But not every fabric is suitable for sublimation printing – therefore before placing the order, ensure your textile is compatible with this technology.

This technology works with Polyester Fabric best.

If you are willing to combine the desire to wear comfortable natural clothes and at the same time to have an opportunity it originally to decorate fabric, there is a perfect solution - Softl'ink. This fabric was invented to combine two kinds of threads –  100% polyester outside,100% cotton inside!

The high-quality printing is provided by means of indirect transfer of dyes on fabric. It enables full-color printing with tone transitions. Colors do not fade and flake off.
